OND Films respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through ondfilms.com, how we use it, and the services that may process information on our behalf.
Information we collect
When you submit a booking or inquiry form, we may collect your name, email address, business or event name, requested service, preferred date and time, location, project details and other information you choose to provide. Our hosting provider may also process standard technical information such as IP address, browser/device information and server logs needed to operate and secure the website.
How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and confirm availability.
- Prepare quotes, contracts, questionnaires, invoices and booking communications.
- Provide and deliver photography and video services.
- Prevent abuse, maintain security and operate the website.
- Comply with legal, tax and recordkeeping obligations.
Service providers
We may use service providers to operate parts of the client workflow. Netlify hosts this website and may process form submissions and technical logs. Square may process booking deposits or payments. Pixieset may be used for client galleries, digital delivery, questionnaires, contracts or client communications. These providers process information under their own privacy terms and security practices.
Payments
OND Films does not collect or store complete payment card numbers through this website. Payment information is entered directly into Square or another disclosed payment processor when payment is requested.
Client galleries and delivery
Client galleries may be delivered through Pixieset or another disclosed delivery service. Gallery access links, passwords or download PINs may be provided directly to the client.
Cookies, analytics and online tracking
This version of ondfilms.com does not intentionally use advertising trackers or behavioral analytics. The site and its hosting provider may use strictly necessary technical storage, logs or security mechanisms needed to deliver and protect the website. OND Films does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals because we do not intentionally use cross-site behavioral advertising on this website. We do not knowingly permit third parties to collect personally identifiable information here for cross-site behavioral advertising. If analytics, advertising pixels or other non-essential tracking are added later, this policy and any required choices or consent controls will be updated before those tools are enabled.
Your choices and California privacy
You may email us to ask what information you previously submitted through this website, request a correction, or request deletion of information that we are not required to keep for a booking, transaction, tax, legal or security purpose. California law requires commercial websites that collect personally identifiable information from California consumers to conspicuously post a privacy policy. If additional California privacy rights apply to OND Films based on the business’s activities or legal thresholds, OND Films will honor those rights as required by law.
Sale or sharing of personal information
OND Films does not currently sell personal information submitted through this website and does not intentionally share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information may be disclosed to service providers when reasonably necessary to host the site, process a booking or payment, deliver client services, maintain security, or comply with law.
Policy changes
We may update this policy when our website, vendors or practices change. Material changes will be reflected on this page by updating the effective date. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.
International visitors
If you are located outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States. Where applicable law gives you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal information, you may contact us to make a request. OND Films does not intentionally target children or collect information from children through this website.
Retention
Inquiry, contract, invoice and project records may be retained for as long as reasonably needed for the project, business records, tax obligations, dispute resolution and legal compliance. You may request deletion of information that we are not legally or contractually required to retain.
