Website & Booking Terms

These terms explain the general use of ondfilms.com and the booking process. The signed service agreement for a specific project controls if it conflicts with general website information.
Quotes and starting prices
Prices shown on the website are starting prices unless explicitly stated otherwise. Final pricing may vary based on project scope, property size, event length, location, travel, requested deliverables, production requirements and other agreed details. Applicable destination fees are disclosed before booking.
Booking and payment
Submitting a website request does not reserve a date. OND Films first confirms availability and scope. For event work, the current booking process requires a signed electronic agreement and a 50% booking payment after date confirmation to secure the date. Unless a signed agreement or invoice states otherwise, the remaining 50% event balance is due within two days after the event.
Electronic documents
Contracts, questionnaires, invoices and other booking documents may be delivered electronically. Clients should review the project-specific agreement before signing. E-signature and electronic delivery requirements will be handled through the selected contract platform and project agreement.
Delivery
Standard deliverables are digital unless otherwise agreed. Physical delivery on a flash drive or memory card may be available for an additional fee. RAW or unedited photo/video files are not included unless OND Films expressly agrees in writing.
Video formats
Social-first deliverables may be produced in portrait/vertical format, typically up to 1080p where appropriate. Landscape/horizontal and long-form event video may be produced in 4K when requested and included in the agreed project scope.
Travel
Solano County is the base pricing area. OND Films also serves listed Northern California counties and the City of Berkeley. Destination or travel fees may apply depending on distance and production needs and will be disclosed before booking.
Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds
Project-specific rescheduling, cancellation, refund and force-majeure terms will be stated in the signed service agreement. Do not rely on this website page as a substitute for the project-specific agreement.
Intellectual property and client use
Client usage rights, portfolio permissions, music licensing, releases and ownership terms will be set out in the signed service agreement for the project. Unless otherwise agreed, OND Films retains rights in its original creative work while granting the client the usage rights stated in the agreement.
Website information
OND Films works to keep website information accurate, but availability, pricing and services may change. A confirmed written quote and signed agreement govern the specific project.
