What happens next?
Once the date and coverage are confirmed, we’ll email your booking introduction, electronic agreement, project questionnaire and payment instructions. A 50% booking payment is due after confirmation to secure the date.
Payments will be handled through Square once the project is confirmed.

How quickly will I hear back?
Most requests receive a response within 24 hours. Please allow up to 48 hours during busy periods.
How do I reserve my date?
After OND confirms availability and coverage, you’ll receive an electronic agreement and Square payment instructions. Your date is secured after the required agreement and 50% booking payment are completed.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining 50% balance is due within two days after the event.
Do you travel?
Yes. Solano County is the base pricing area. We serve Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Monterey, Napa, San Benito, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Sonoma and the City of Berkeley. Destination fees may apply based on distance.
How are files delivered?
All standard deliverables are digital. A flash drive or memory card can be requested for an additional fee.
Do you provide RAW files?
No. RAW or unedited photo and video files are not provided.
Can I add more event coverage?
Yes. Additional event coverage is available for $125 per hour, subject to availability.
What video format will I receive?
Social-first video may be delivered in 1080p portrait format. Long-form event video can be delivered in 4K when requested and included in the project scope. Coverage can be planned for portrait, landscape or a mix based on intended use.
